Delete Your Data

Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your PlantPeek account and all associated data. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.

What will be deleted:

  • Your account information
  • Plant identification history
  • Your garden and saved plants
  • Care reminders and preferences
  • All photos uploaded to our servers

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Option 2: In-App
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the PlantPeek app.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Note About Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) before requesting account deletion.
